The Health Restore is a piece of Herramienta that completely restores the player’s Salud upon use. It was first introduced in Actualización 7.0, temporarily removed from the Mercado at the start of Actualización 10.0, restored in Actualización 11.7 and has remained available since.

- This item as-is can be obtained as a potential mission reward from Sabotaje y Captura missions.
- At the start of Actualización 7.0, this item was previously named “Large Health Restore”, which could be bought for 500
and was only able to restore 100 points of health until its return in Actualización 11.7.- It had a smaller counterpart that only restored 50 points of health, which was removed from the Mercado along with the Health Restore and has not been available since.
- Compared to the Restauradores de salud de escuadrón, the Health Restore instantly brings the player to full health, but it is limited to the player who used it. In addition the Health Restore requires resources whose availability is time-sensitive and can only be obtained from una ubicación, whereas the Team Restores generally use resources that are much more available.
