Not sure if bug or new feature? Scanning Speeds Up while under Eclipse.

So recently I noticed that if I have Eclipse up on Mirage or any Warframe and I scan an enemy (I.E: Simaris Target) If I get the Light Buff I'm able to scan them in less than a second compared to the usual.
