Grass shadow bug in PoE

I have encountered a bug that makes the terrain in PoE really ugly. It's like the whole terrain is covered in a shadow while the grass does not have any type of shading and it is not blending with the terrain textures. Anybody have a fix for this? Already verified integrity and it persists. Also the graphics settings do not affect this, because the bug appears with all settings maxed out.
