Basically the title. We've been trying to find one for the past two days with no luck, loot finder mods and everything. He's joked around saying he's going to quit, but I'm starting to think he'll actually mean it next time.
It's really unfortunate, since I'm sure hundreds of people quit specifically because of this. The fragment grind is by far the most annoying grind in the entire game, for it's ridiculously small chances and literally no reward at all except some artwork + text that you can read online anyway.
The fix for this is extremely easy to do, so I'm not sure why DE is ignoring it, especially since the Phobos junction HAS been altered before, lowering the number of fragments from 5 to 3.
