How do i defeat high level enemies?

I was doing a survival mission and enemies eventually became too high level that it was almost impossible for me to kill one

At the moment im using wisp and maxed level weapon along with mods to boost my abilities, i think after the enemies are level 50, i notice it starts to get slow

Am i doing something wrong or am i missing something when it comes to boosting dps??
