The only things we have at the moment resembling a hand grenade in function are grenade launchers, Talons/Castanas, the Concealed Explosives mod, that new secondary gun with the exploding magazine, and Vauban.
We already have appropriate statuses/enemy responses to certain popular grenade types:
Fragmentation (bleed, impact)
'Flashbangs' (blind, dizzy, maybe both idky but why not)
Incendiary (whatever the fire debuff is called. Engulf? On fire?)
Of course, since we're in space, and have technology and stuff, there'd probably be some cool sci-fi grenades too. Maybe a smoke bomb? I mean, ig we're ninjas on paper, so why not.
Would this ever be added? I'm doubtful. But it's a fun idea! I wouldn't mind sacrificing a handgun for a couple grenades, personally. What grenades would you add? Maybe the Buster Grenade from LP2 lol
