From information I gather when looking up how to build a Kronen prime, IPS now doesn't have the X4 calculation anymore. And from what I saw in some of the build guide videos, people are now using rank 2\ rank 0 60\60 mods to keep elemental damage (mostly just viral) lower than Slash to ensure slash get the highest proc chance?
So my question is:
How much lower do I need to get my viral under slash? Is it like as long as it's at least 1 damage lower I'm good? Or do I need to keep it at least x% lower?
