New player, is this game just an endless grind?

So I’ve played for a while now I’ve made it to master lvl 6 but like I’m not really enjoying the game... is it just like, an endless grind bc that’s all I see when playing this game and it’s really not fun for me, feels like work. Or maybe it’s like that bc I’m playing alone?
